  • New HTC Handsets of 2011

HTC has optimized the Sense UI for the tablet PC experience. The Sense UI might deliver a 3D home screen using a carousel of widgets which will put the user's most important information right at the visual center with the user's experience.

The biggest feature difference between the HTC Flyer and the vast majority of other tablets is it's designed to be used in combination with a stylus. It be will much like that of the Asus MeMO. However, the Asus MeMO has a pressure-sensitive screen and the HTC Flyer contains a pressure-sensitive pen.

HTC's Scribe note-taking technological know-how will drive the pen and will enable writing as well as doodling. It will be capable to synchronize with Evernote software to boot. Through the HTC Time period Mark feature, users will be able to record audio and movie while taking notes for playback through the Flyer. This feature would be extremely helpful if you have forgotten what the note's original meaning was whenever you recorded it.

That stylus itself will attribute "N-trig pen technology" (fuses pen and multi-touch capabilities). The Flyer will likewise have "palm rejection technology" built-in. With this feature the tablet has the ability to distinguish between intentional and false touch and enables users to rest their palms in the display while writing. This gives the user the feeling of writing in writing. One other helpful feature is that every time an application can make use of the new stylus, a small icon will show up in the bottom right hand side of the screen so the customer can edit the painting brush types and use case.

The Flyer will weigh less than a pound and is constructed with an aluminum unibody create. The standard Menu, Again, Search and Home functions are found at the bottom with the body. These glow when in use. There is a volume toggler over the right hand side. The Notifications bar has been combined with a Fast Settings bar, which is popular to the HTC smartphone, Desire S.

It will feature a single-core 1. 5GHz Snapdragon processor chip, a 7-inch capacitive TFT LCD display with a 1024 x 600 res and 1GB of RAM. It will come using 32GB of internal storage that is Micro SD expandable. It will support b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3. 0 with A2DP for wireless headsets but will include a 3. 5mm audio jack.

The HTC Flyer will have 2 cameras, a 5 megapixel relating to the back and a 1. 3 megapixel for video chats on the front. Also included is going to be an internal GPS, a great ambient light sensor, a g-sensor in addition to a digital compass. Flash 10 and HTML5 is going to be supported as well. The battery life of 4 hours when viewing movie, though not impressive, at the least will allow the user to watch a video straight as a result of.

Two popular HTC services are going to be available on the HTC Flyer, HTC See, the company's on-demand HIGH DEFINITION video download service together with OnLine, a cloud-based gaming service which allows users to either play games from the service on the product or on HDTVs.
